Moving to a New Location

Just when I am beginning to wonder where God is leading, or whether he is leading, I get this phone call from Luke that his friend's building is available for us to use each week—rent free! As a leader, this is another humbling experience that once again teaches me to completey rely on God's guidance and faithfulness. There is much work to be done at this new location but it is definitely ready for holding our weekly worship gatherings. God is good!

Here's an update:
The Barn (that's what own Dan Young has nicknamed it) is looking even better on the inside. The drywall has been going up with just the top layer to go. We should be done with taping and mudding soon; then we put on a fresh coat of paint!
We took apart the lower platform of the stage and will be extending it as well. By the way, did you know that somebody from Home Depot attended church a few weeks ago and is donating all the wood for this project? Awesome! Actually, he said to come up with a 'wish list' on our church letterhead and he'll see what he can do!
The kids have their own room down the hill. Dan's parents live there and offered their recreation room. What a blessing!
